• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with data warehousing solutions, business analytics platforms, or related BI environments.<br>• Experience developing reporting or analytics solutions using business intelligence technologies and data modeling principles.<br>• Familiarity with Epic EMR data structures and reporting tools, with exposure to Epic Clinical and Epic Clarity strongly valued.<br>• Ability to interpret business needs and convert them into clear technical requirements and reporting outputs.<br>• Working knowledge of data validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization within BI or warehouse-based reporting environments.<br>• Epic Cogito certification or completion of the full Cogito training track required within 90 days of start.<br>• Epic Clarity and Caboodle certification, including at least one data model certification, required within 90 days of start.
