Program Manager
<p>We are looking for a skilled Program/Project Manager to join a leading healthcare organization in Sacramento, California. This contract position with the potential for a permanent role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in acquisition and integration projects, ensuring seamless onboarding processes across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strategic foresight, and the ability to effectively communicate with executive stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead and manage acquisition and integration projects, ensuring all departments meet their deadlines and deliverables.</p><p>• Collaborate with teams such as Finance, Legal, Credentialing, and Technology to streamline onboarding processes.</p><p>• Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while maintaining project timelines.</p><p>• Negotiate and define Statements of Work, including scope, effort, and deliverables.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Project to create detailed project plans and track progress.</p><p>• Perform advanced data analysis and documentation using Microsoft Excel.</p><p>• Provide regular updates and insights to executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</p><p>• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring all initiatives are completed successfully.</p><p>• Apply project management principles and techniques to improve efficiency and outcomes.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and organizational requirements.</p><p><br></p>
<p>• At least 5 years+ of experience in Project or Program Management, with a focus on Merger & Acquisition integration.</p><p>• Minimum of 5 years Active PMP certification.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Advanced Excel.</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.</p><p>• Strong negotiation skills for defining project scopes and deliverables.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously.</p><p>• Experience with tools such as Visio, OneNote, Workfront, and Google Drive.</p><p>• Healthcare industry is required</p><p>No Third Parties</p>
