For more information, call Lisa Cole at 916-649-0832</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Direct accounting activities across multiple entities, including ledger management, payables, receivables, payroll oversight, and period-end close.</p><p>• Produce accurate financial reports on a recurring basis for businesses and property investments, ensuring timely visibility into performance.</p><p>• Monitor liquidity, develop budgets, and prepare forecasts that support operational and strategic decision-making.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements at the federal, state, and local levels.</p><p>• Establish and refine internal control practices that safeguard assets and promote reliable financial governance.</p><p>• Evaluate results across business lines and deliver actionable analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.</p><p>• Oversee financial reporting related to real estate assets, including lease activity, property-level performance, and capital spending.</p><p>• Identify and implement improvements to accounting workflows, reporting tools, and financial processes to increase efficiency.</p><p>• Lead, coach, and develop accounting staff while building team capability to support organizational growth.</p>

<p>Qualifications: </p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred </p><p>• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including responsibility for leading teams or core finance functions.</p><p>• Demonstrated experience managing accounting in a multi-entity or complex operating environment.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting principles and financial statement preparation.</p><p>• Hands-on experience with intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes.</p><p>• Proficiency with Sage 100 and other accounting or financial reporting systems.</p><p><br></p>
