<p>What They’re Looking For</p><ul><li><strong>10+ years of progressive accounting experience</strong>, including prior Controller experience</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Accounting or Finance</strong> (CPA strongly preferred)</li><li>Experience with <strong>multi‑entity and international accounting environments</strong></li><li><strong>Manufacturing experience</strong> strongly preferred</li><li>Comfortable being the “go‑to” person for audits, tax questions, and complex accounting matters</li><li>Self‑directed, confident communicator who brings solutions—not excuses</li><li>Leader who values teamwork and continuous improvement</li></ul><p><br></p>
