Front Desk Coordinator
<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable <strong>Front Desk Coordinator</strong> to join our team on a contract basis in <strong>Cameron Park</strong>, California. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients and is critical to creating a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm, professional, and attentive welcome.</li><li>Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, accurately answering inquiries and directing calls as needed.</li><li>Provide concierge-level service by assisting clients and guests with questions, requests, and general support.</li><li>Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.</li><li>Operate switchboard systems with 1–10 phone lines to ensure smooth communication flow.</li><li>Coordinate with internal team members to support seamless daily operations and client satisfaction.</li><li>Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, providing accurate information and solutions.</li><li>Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and office supply management.</li><li>Represent the company with a professional demeanor and polished appearance at all times.</li><li>Address client and visitor inquiries with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</p><ul><li>Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role is required.</li><li>Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and switchboard operations.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience providing concierge-style or high-touch customer service.</li><li>Competence in basic administrative duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy when responding to inquiries or requests.</li><li>Professional demeanor suitable for a client-facing role.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience in <strong>real estate, property management, or leasing</strong> environments is strongly preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>
