Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Richmond, Virginia. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming environment while managing a variety of administrative and front-desk tasks. The person in this role will help keep communication flowing, maintain accurate records, and provide dependable support to both internal teams and visitors.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage front-desk activities by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming office experience.<br>• Handle incoming phone calls, respond to routine questions, and route messages to the appropriate team members.<br>• Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy to keep files, records, and administrative systems current.<br>• Provide day-to-day administrative support such as preparing documents, organizing information, and assisting with general office coordination.<br>• Maintain orderly office operations by tracking paperwork, updating records, and supporting scheduling or correspondence needs.<br>• Assist with receptionist-related duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently throughout the day.
• Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office support role.<br>• Comfortable answering inbound calls and communicating professionally with visitors, clients, and staff.<br>• Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while staying organized and dependable.<br>• Proficiency with general office procedures and standard administrative practices.<br>• Effective written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Ability to work onsite in Richmond, Virginia and adapt to a fast-paced office setting.
