We are looking for an experienced Sr. Software Engineer to join a real estate and property organization in Reston, Virginia. This role will help create and maintain enterprise-grade software solutions that support core business operations, with a strong emphasis on scalable architecture, reliable integrations, and modern application development. The ideal candidate brings deep experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365, backend engineering in C# and .NET, and front-end development using contemporary web technologies.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design and deliver enterprise software solutions that support business-critical functions and scale effectively as operational needs grow.<br>• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring they align with business requirements and integrate smoothly with connected platforms.<br>• Build and support backend services and application components using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET with a focus on performance, stability, and maintainability.<br>• Create responsive user-facing features using JavaScript and React.js to improve usability and overall application experience.<br>• Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems to enable consistent data flow and streamlined processes.<br>• Troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, and optimize existing applications to improve reliability and efficiency.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical and operational needs into well-structured software solutions.<br>• Contribute to application configuration, enhancement planning, and ongoing support for enterprise platforms throughout the software lifecycle.

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering within enterprise application environments.<br>• Proven background working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable enterprise platform, including configuration, customization, and system support.<br>• Strong programming expertise in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET for building robust application logic and backend services.<br>• Hands-on experience with modern front-end development using JavaScript and React.js.<br>• Demonstrated ability to design and support scalable, high-performing software applications.<br>• Experience integrating enterprise applications and services across complex business systems.<br>• Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and deliver effective technical solutions.
