Project Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support construction-related initiatives in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can keep schedules organized, track progress across multiple activities, and provide dependable administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will help maintain project flow by managing documentation, monitoring timelines, and assisting with day-to-day project support.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate project schedules and help keep construction activities aligned with established deadlines.<br>• Maintain and update master scheduling information to support accurate planning and reporting.<br>• Track milestones, follow up on outstanding tasks, and communicate timeline changes to the appropriate stakeholders.<br>• Organize, scan, and file project records so documentation remains complete, accessible, and up to date.<br>• Provide administrative and project coordination support for ongoing construction-related work.<br>• Assist project leads with status tracking, meeting preparation, and routine progress documentation.
• Experience supporting project coordination or administrative functions in a construction or project-based environment.<br>• Working knowledge of schedule tracking and the ability to manage multiple timelines effectively.<br>• Familiarity with master scheduling practices and project progress monitoring.<br>• Ability to scan, organize, and maintain detailed project documentation with accuracy.<br>• Strong organizational skills with careful attention to deadlines and follow-through.<br>• Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
