We are looking for a Project Assistant to support a short-term Contract assignment at a warehouse in Poway, California. This position focuses on organizing and labeling inventory items with accuracy while helping the team stay on schedule. The work is hands-on and repetitive in nature, making it a strong fit for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable remaining on their feet for most of the shift.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Apply identification tags to warehouse items accurately and efficiently throughout the assignment<br>• Maintain a steady pace of work while following project timelines and daily output expectations<br>• Review items before labeling to help ensure tags are placed correctly and remain easy to scan or track<br>• Support general warehouse project activities as directed to keep the assignment moving forward<br>• Stand and move throughout the work area for extended periods while handling repetitive tasks<br>• Communicate progress updates to the onsite team and assist with completion targets that may extend into an additional day if needed

• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks with consistent attention to detail<br>• Comfortable standing for most of the workday in a warehouse setting<br>• Able to wear practical work attire, including comfortable clothing and sneakers<br>• Reliable availability for a short-term contract assignment with possible extension based on project progress<br>• Basic experience with scanning, labeling, inventory handling, or similar project support work is preferred<br>• Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently within established timelines<br>• Dependable communication and a detail-oriented approach in a team-oriented environment
