You'll own financial reporting, lead a high-performing team, partner directly with executive leadership, and play a key role in a major corporate integration and IFRS conversion effort. <p>What We're Looking For</p><ul><li>CPA preferred (active or inactive considered)</li><li>12+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience</li><li>Prior Controller or senior accounting leadership experience</li><li>Multi-entity and consolidation expertise</li><li>Strong financial reporting and audit leadership background</li><li>Experience leading teams and partnering with executives</li><li>Budgeting and forecasting experience</li><li>IFRS knowledge or conversion experience is highly desirable</li></ul><p>Bonus Points For</p><ul><li>Project-based industry experience</li><li>FAR, AASHTO, DCAA, or government contract accounting knowledge</li><li>Experience in organizations with $200M+ in revenue</li><li>ERP experience supporting sophisticated reporting environments</li></ul><p><strong>Please email your resume directly to
