Your expertise will contribute to building reliable, scalable, and high-performing cloud-native applications.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Design and implement team-level architecture and services, collaborating with senior engineers, architects, and product stakeholders.</p><p>• Provide technical guidance on authentication/authorization integration, service communication patterns, and shared platform capabilities.</p><p>• Develop prototypes to test design approaches and reduce uncertainties during the development process.</p><p>• Lead the implementation of complex technical features spanning multiple components and systems.</p><p>• Build and enhance cloud-native services with a focus on performance, resiliency, and security.</p><p>• Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide mentorship to elevate the team&#39;s technical capabilities.</p><p>• Ensure comprehensive automated test coverage and operational readiness of systems.</p><p>• Troubleshoot production issues and work with operations teams to identify and resolve root causes.</p><p>• Reduce operational overhead through improved observability, alerting, and automated recovery solutions.</p><p>• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure technical considerations are integrated into project planningJoin a high‑impact product team as the hands‑on technical lead owning the design and delivery of scalable, cloud‑native services. You’ll set the technical direction for your team, ship complex features end‑to‑end, and mentor engineers—while staying close to the code. <p>What We’re Looking For:</p><ul><li>8+ years professional software development with a track record building scalable, cloud-native systems.</li><li>Frontend proficiency with React, Redux, TypeScript for building responsive UI</li><li>Expert in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework and the modern .NET ecosystem.</li><li>Azure microservices experience (e.g., AKS, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Functions).</li><li>Strong grounding in authN/authZ (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT; IdentityServer or Azure AD/Entra).</li><li>Deep experience designing RESTful APIs, event‑driven integrations, and asynchronous messaging (queues/pub‑sub).</li><li>Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD, automated testing (unit/integration/contract/E2E), and production observability.</li><li>Solid understanding of data design for microservices (e.g., SQL Server or PostgreSQL; familiarity with NoSQL/Redis).</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Nice‑to‑Have</p><ul><li>Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).</li><li>Experience with distributed patterns (circuit breakers, retries, sagas, distributed tracing).</li><li>Exposure to CosmosDB, MongoDB, Redis in production microservice contexts.</li></ul><p><br></p>
