<p>Our company is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our technology team. The Systems Analyst is responsible for evaluating, designing, and optimizing our organization’s information systems to ensure they meet business goals and user needs.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze and document business processes and user requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.</li><li>Evaluate current IT systems and recommend efficient technology solutions.</li><li>Develop detailed functional specifications for new or modified software and hardware systems.</li><li>Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to implement system changes.</li><li>Test and validate system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes.</li><li>Prepare user documentation, manuals, and training materials.</li><li>Support system upgrades, migrations, and regularly monitor system performance.</li><li>Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in systems analysis.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a related IT role.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with business process modeling and requirements gathering.</li><li>Experience with system testing, implementation, and user support.</li><li>Knowledge of programming concepts and database management is preferred.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
