<p>We are hiring a Systems Administrator to provide day-to-day support for core infrastructure systems. This individual will be responsible for maintaining server environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting end-user technology operations.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.</li><li>Maintain user accounts, permissions, and security groups.</li><li>Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and patch management.</li><li>Troubleshoot server, application, and infrastructure issues.</li><li>Support backup, recovery, and endpoint management solutions.</li><li>Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.</li><li>Document support procedures and system configurations.</li><li>Provide Tier II/III technical support when necessary.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>3+ years of systems administration experience.</li><li>Experience supporting Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.</li><li>Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Group Policy.</li><li>Familiarity with virtualization technologies.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.</li><li>Experience with endpoint management and security tools preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>
