School Support Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a School Support Coordinator to provide essential administrative and outreach support for a School Partnerships team. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-focused environment, stays organized across competing priorities, and enjoys helping programs move forward efficiently. In this role, you will support school engagement efforts, coordinate schedules and events, and keep critical information accurate and up to date.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Contact schools to confirm and update staff and partner information with accuracy and professionalism.</p><p>• Maintain consistent follow-up communication with school contacts and help ensure timely responses to ongoing outreach efforts.</p><p>• Research, compile, and refine outreach lists using multiple sources to support partnership activities.</p><p>• Monitor assignments, timelines, and team action items so projects remain on schedule.</p><p>• Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and assist with travel planning for team members.</p><p>• Provide logistical support for events, virtual sessions, meetings, and other team initiatives.</p><p>• Enter, organize, and maintain records in spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and related tracking systems.</p><p>• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that improve workflow, communication, and overall team productivity.</p>
<p>• Demonstrated experience in administrative support, coordination, or office operations.</p><p>• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in outbound phone outreach.</p><p>• Excellent organizational abilities with careful attention to detail and accuracy.</p><p>• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Hubspot, Google Sheets, CRM systems, or similar business tools.</p><p>• Ability to gather information through research and manage data from multiple sources.</p><p>• Proven skill in balancing several responsibilities at once in a fast-paced setting.</p><p>• Self-directed approach to work with dependable follow-through and strong collaboration skills.</p>
