Receptionist - Level 2
<p>We are looking for a dependable Receptionist - Level 2 to support front desk operations in Phoenix. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a strong first impression, managing day-to-day visitor interactions, and keeping the reception area organized and responsive. The person in this role will provide administrative and customer-facing support in an onsite office setting while helping ensure smooth daily operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Welcome visitors and employees at the front desk, providing courteous assistance and directing them to the appropriate destination.</p><p>• Manage incoming telephone calls in English, respond to routine inquiries, and route messages accurately to the correct contacts.</p><p>• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries in a timely and organized manner.</p><p>• Coordinate meeting room readiness by preparing shared spaces for scheduled office activities and visitor use.</p><p>• Maintain a well-organized reception environment by monitoring the front area and supporting orderly office flow throughout the day.</p><p>• Guide guests, vendors, and internal staff through sign-in and general arrival procedures as needed.</p><p>• Perform administrative support tasks for the office or department, including basic coordination and general clerical duties.</p><p>• Communicate clearly with team members and visitors to help resolve routine front desk questions and service needs.</p>
• 2-4 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or similar administrative support role.<br>• Strong verbal communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with visitors and staff.<br>• Demonstrated customer service skills and a welcoming, service-oriented approach.<br>• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.<br>• Detail-oriented appearance and demeanor appropriate for a front-facing office position.<br>• Comfortable handling inbound calls, visitor coordination, and package reception at a busy front desk.<br>• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
