<p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.</li><li><strong>Hands-on Experience:</strong> A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in network engineering and architecture (Source: Demand for Skilled Talent Report, 2024).</li><li>Strong understanding of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP.</li><li>Expertise in working with enterprise-grade routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN solutions.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with integrated networking systems.</li><li>Familiarity with network security best practices, including intrusion prevention/detection systems and vulnerability assessments.</li><li>Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.</li><li>Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.</li><li>Master’s degree in a technology-related discipline.</li></ul><p><br></p>
