We are looking for a highly skilled Business Reporting Analyst IV to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making processes and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and maintain business reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, SQL Server, and other business intelligence technologies.<br>• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insightful reporting solutions that align with business goals.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting systems and data discrepancies.<br>• Design and implement validation plans to ensure data accuracy and reliability.<br>• Provide support for customer service-related analytics, ensuring timely and actionable insights.<br>• Research and recommend innovative reporting methods to enhance business intelligence capabilities.<br>• Utilize strong interpersonal and written communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly.<br>• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools to optimize efficiency.<br>• Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time, meeting stakeholder expectations.

• Proven experience in business reporting and analytics, with proficiency in tools like Tableau, SQL Server, and Oracle.<br>• Strong understanding of database design, data validation, and problem resolution.<br>• Ability to create dashboards and analyze complex data sets to deliver actionable insights.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on collaboration.<br>• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot reporting issues and implement effective solutions.<br>• Knowledge of process improvement practices and innovation in business intelligence.<br>• Background in computer sciences or a related field is preferred.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
