Construction Admin Assistant
We are looking for a Construction Admin Assistant to join a busy on-site team in Colorado. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, coordinating documentation, and supporting operational workflows across construction, real estate, and lending-related activities. The right candidate will bring strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an organized office setting.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate administrative activities tied to construction projects, real estate transactions, and related office operations.<br>• Support permitting efforts by preparing, tracking, and organizing required documentation throughout the approval process.<br>• Assist with lending and loan support tasks by maintaining files, monitoring progress, and helping move documentation through established workflows.<br>• Keep project timelines, records, and follow-up items current to ensure deadlines and outstanding tasks remain visible and on schedule.<br>• Help manage post-construction items, including warranty-related coordination and status updates with relevant parties.<br>• Create, refine, and maintain standard operating procedures to improve consistency and efficiency across administrative processes.<br>• Contribute to marketing support initiatives such as preparing templates, organizing outreach materials, and assisting with website-related updates.<br>• Review administrative and financial documentation connected to real estate activities, including materials related to payment schedules and transaction details.
• Previous administrative experience in construction, real estate, mortgage, brokerage, or a similar fast-paced business environment.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage details carefully, and follow multiple processes at once.<br>• Confidence working independently, taking initiative, and identifying next steps without constant direction.<br>• Clear verbal and written communication skills suited to an office-based client and team environment.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general comfort learning new systems, digital tools, and template-based workflows.<br>• Familiarity with transaction coordination, permitting, or loan origination support is highly preferred.<br>• Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site in Peyton, Colorado.
