Program Administrator, Infrastructure Solutions
We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Administrator, Infrastructure Solutions to support complex project delivery activities in Pelzer, South Carolina. This Long-term Contract position will partner closely with program leadership to improve project visibility, maintain accurate operational and financial records, and help keep teams aligned across manufacturing, finance, and customer-facing activities. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, comfort with project systems and reporting tools, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a structured environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Program Manager, including resolving order-related questions and handling time-sensitive requests.<br>• Configure and maintain project collaboration platforms such as Procore, Smartsheet, or other assigned tools to support consistent execution across active projects.<br>• Review project and manufacturing data to confirm system records accurately reflect current production status and highlight discrepancies for follow-up.<br>• Assist with preparing, updating, and distributing project reports by gathering current financial, operational, and schedule information from relevant stakeholders.<br>• Document project and site change activity, assign follow-up actions, and monitor progress to help ensure timely communication and closure.<br>• Build and manage processes for tracking manufacturing milestones so invoicing and revenue recognition align with actual project progress.<br>• Maintain communication with internal leaders, project representatives, and customer contacts to identify issues that differ from plan and escalate them appropriately.<br>• Organize project documentation within designated intranet and project management systems, monitor record quality, and address gaps in compliance with documentation standards.<br>• Coordinate finance-related project meetings, manage attendee communication, and maintain planning tools such as team and client holiday trackers to support resource scheduling.<br>• Monitor sales order, cost, budget, revenue, and forecast data for assigned projects, including identifying and correcting accounting or system-related issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, or a related discipline.<br>• Experience supporting project, program, or operations functions in a structured business environment.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across internal teams, leadership, and customer stakeholders.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, along with confidence using internet-based business systems.<br>• Working knowledge of project documentation practices, reporting processes, and workflow coordination.<br>• Ability to analyze data related to manufacturing progress, budgets, invoicing, revenue, or sales orders and identify inconsistencies.<br>• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar enterprise and collaboration platforms.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and follow established procedures.
