<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p> • Analyze complex IT business needs presented and recommend technical solutions; solve basic and complex IT malfunctions and performs troubleshooting</p><p> • Coordinate local area computer network activities, including back-up tapes, establishing, installing, specifying system requirements, and maintaining network users, user environment, directories and security</p><p> • Develop skills and knowledge to stay current with upcoming technology</p><p> • Perform analysis of network needs and contribute to design of network architecture, integration and installation</p><p> • Maintain network hardware and software, including servers, peripherals, network nodes, terminals; implement WAN connectivity to meet requirements</p><p> • Understand and ensure that the computer system platform provides sufficient computing resources to deliver the desired level of business performance</p><p> • Assists with establishing controls for systems access and security</p><p> • Conducts user training on an as-needed basis for clients and staff</p><p> • Hardware and software setup and other miscellaneous in-house setups</p><p> • Coordinates third party maintenance for network hardware, software and services Support the network department in an administrative function during downtime for activities such as network department customer care calls, offering network services to clients,</p><p> • Other duties as assigned</p>

<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p><p> • Extensive hands on network and computer troubleshooting experience</p><p> • Strong project management skills. Demonstrates ability to manage complex projects and tasks</p><p> • Microsoft Network Systems Engineer and Cisco Certification highly desired</p><p> • VMware Certification highly desired</p><p> • Azure experience</p><p> • Experience/Training with LAN/WAN design, maintenance and support; firewalls, backup, MS Office and Antivirus</p><p> • Available to work after hours, weekends, or whenever necessary</p><p> • Ability to perform & speak with complete professionalism</p>
