What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or PMP credentials are a plus.</li><li>4+ years of experience in finance, operations, or technology roles, with mandatory exposure to private equity or venture capital.</li><li>Hands-on expertise in SQL, data migration, and workflow automation.</li><li>Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and API integrations.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proactive mindset.</li></ul>
