Client Service Coordinator - Associate
<p> <strong>Position:</strong> Client Service Coordinator - Associate (12 weeks Contract)</p><p>• <strong>Location:</strong> Osterville, Massachusetts</p><p>• <strong>Required Years of Experience:</strong> 1+ year of administrative / client service / office support experience preferred</p><p>• <strong>Hourly Pay Range:</strong> Up to $22 per hour</p><p>• <strong>Schedule:</strong> 100% Onsite in office from Monday - Friday for 30 hours per week</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>This role supports a fast-paced branch environment by managing front desk operations, administrative tasks, and event coordination. The position combines client interaction, office management, and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day branch activities.</p><p>You will be responsible for handling phones, supporting advisors, managing office logistics, and assisting with branch events and internal projects.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Manage front desk and phone coverage, ensuring a professional first point of contact</p><p>• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including maintaining check logs</p><p>• Order office supplies, stationery, and assist with licensing and expense reporting</p><p>• Provide administrative support to advisors as needed</p><p>• Support branch event planning and execution alongside leadership</p><p>• Assist with internal projects (OAR-related contributions)</p><p>• Coordinate branch meetings, including confirming wholesalers, ordering lunch, and tracking attendance</p><p>• Assist with advertising tasks and sending regional webinar invitations</p>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• High school diploma or equivalent</p><p>• 1+ year of administrative, client service, or office support experience</p><p>• Strong communication and organizational skills</p><p>• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)</p><p>• Detail-oriented with a professional and proactive approach</p><p> </p><p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p><p>• Ability to <strong>work onsite in Providence, RI</strong></p><p>• Strong attention to detail and reliability</p><p>• Comfortable handling multiple administrative functions simultaneously</p><p> </p><p>Please note that this is a contract position—there is no guarantee that this position will be ext</p>
