<p>We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technology initiatives supporting the client’s global Parks &amp; Resorts, Cruise Line, Vacation Club, and related guest-facing digital platforms. This role is responsible for driving complex technical programs across multiple teams, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-class solutions that enhance the guest experience. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>·      Lead technical projects and programs through the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery on schedule and within budget.</p><p>·      Coordinate cross-functional teams including Software Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.</p><p>·      Establish and optimize Agile delivery processes, ceremonies, and governance models across multiple project teams.</p><p>·      Develop and manage comprehensive program plans consisting of multiple parallel projects and workstreams.</p><p>·      Monitor project dependencies, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve program goals.</p><p>·      Create executive-level project reporting, communications, dashboards, and governance structures.</p><p>·      Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team efficiency, collaboration, and delivery outcomes.</p><p>·      Manage hardware and software procurement activities related to assigned projects.</p><p>·      Establish fiscal controls, monitor program expenditures, track ROI, and manage project budgets.</p><p>·      Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams while aligning delivery efforts to organizational priorities.</p><p>·      Provide mentoring and guidance on project management methodologies, Agile best practices, and delivery excellence.</p>

<p><strong>Core Qualifications:</strong></p><p>·      Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.</p><p>·      5+ years of technical project management and/or program management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.</p><p>·      Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams delivering complex software solutions.</p><p>·      Strong understanding of: Cloud technologies and platforms, APIs and service-oriented architectures, Database technologies, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Product development and engineering practices, and Technical platform dependencies and integrations.</p><p>·      Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Waterfall delivery frameworks.</p><p>·      Experience blending multiple project delivery methodologies to support business and technical needs.</p><p>·      Understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and modern software delivery approaches.</p><p>·      Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</p><p>·      Experience managing large-scale project and program budgets.</p><p>·      Strong ability to understand architectural concepts and communicate effectively with technical teams.</p><p>·      Proven experience leading governance processes, risk management, dependency mapping, and executive reporting.</p><p>·      Experience coaching and mentoring teams on project management best practices.</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><p>·      Experience supporting large-scale global software development programs.</p><p>·      Agile certifications.</p><p>·      Experience working within highly complex enterprise environments.</p><p>·      Experience delivering guest-facing digital platforms, e-commerce solutions, mobile applications, or customer experience technologies.</p><p>·      Familiarity with large-scale hospitality, travel, entertainment, or consumer-facing organizations.</p>
