<p>We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to support the clients’ JedAI Platform, an enterprise AI platform designed to enable responsible, scalable, and secure AI adoption across the organization.</p><p>This role serves as the Scrum Master and operational leader for the JedAI organization, partnering across Product, Engineering, AI Operations, and the GATE Team to drive planning, execution, and delivery excellence.</p><p>This is not a product strategy or engineering leadership role. Instead, this role will act as the connective tissue across teams, ensuring initiatives move efficiently from concept through delivery with strong visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, and execution progress.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>·      Serve as Scrum Master and lead Agile ceremonies, ensuring consistent delivery practices and continuous improvement</p><p>·      Drive end-to-end program execution across Product, Engineering, AI Ops, and GATE, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and priorities..</p><p>·      Maintain visibility into platform initiatives, roadmap execution, and cross-team dependencies while supporting planning cycles.</p><p>·      Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communication on delivery health, risks, and progress.</p><p>·      Establish and optimize operating rhythms, intake processes, planning, tracking, and governance frameworks.</p><p>·      Coordinate AI-focused initiatives (LLMs, RAG, MCP, agentic workflows, governance, observability) and track technical dependencies.</p><p>·      Facilitate alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders to enable efficient execution.</p><p>·      Leverage AI tools to improve planning, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency across teams.</p>

<p><strong>Core Qualifications:</strong></p><p>·      8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, or Scrum Master roles.</p><p>·      Proven experience leading Agile delivery across multiple cross-functional technical teams.</p><p>·      Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled delivery methodologies.</p><p>·      Experience managing large, complex technical programs with multiple dependencies and concurrent workstreams.</p><p>·      Experience coordinating Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders.</p><p>·      Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills across all organizational levels.</p><p>·      Experience developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communication materials.</p><p>·      Demonstrated ability to identify risks, remove blockers, and drive issue resolution.</p><p>·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities.</p><p>·      Ability to operate effectively in highly technical software development environments.</p><p>·      Demonstrated technical aptitude with ability to engage in AI, platform, and engineering discussions.</p><p>·      Ability to translate and facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p><p>·      Strong organizational discipline with focus on execution, accountability, and delivery outcomes.</p><p>·      Technical curiosity with a passion for learning emerging technologies, particularly AI.</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><p>·      Experience supporting enterprise platforms, cloud, AI, or data-driven initiatives.</p><p>·      Experience working within Product and Engineering organizations and delivery ecosystems.</p><p>·      Experience managing technical portfolios, roadmaps, and organizational planning cycles.</p><p>·      Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and Generative AI ecosystems.</p><p>·      Experience operating in large-scale enterprise environments.</p><p>·      Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or related Agile credentials.</p><p>·      Hands-on or adjacent experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, MCP, agentic AI systems, APIs, and AI governance.</p><p>·      Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to improve delivery operations and efficiency.</p>
