Data Entry Clerk
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a short-term Contract assignment in Omaha, Nebraska within the healthcare industry. This 6–8-week opportunity is ideal for someone who works accurately in a fast-paced onsite environment and can begin quickly. The role focuses on maintaining precise records, handling high-volume data input, and supporting operational tasks with strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Enter and update numeric and text-based information in internal databases with a high level of accuracy.</p><p>• Review records for completeness, identify discrepancies, and correct errors before final submission.</p><p>• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to organize, track, and maintain documentation related to daily workflows.</p><p>• Support project activities tied to a system implementation by preparing and validating data records.</p><p>• Manage information in an efficient manner while meeting deadlines during the 6–8-week assignment.</p><p>• Coordinate with onsite team members to ensure materials, records, and data are aligned with operational needs.</p><p>• Assist with inventory or logistics-related data tasks when needed to support the broader team.</p>
• At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a closely related administrative support role.<br>• Strong accuracy and attention to detail, especially when working with high-volume numeric data.<br>• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.<br>• Ability to type efficiently and enter data consistently with minimal errors.<br>• Comfort working onsite Monday through Friday in Omaha, Nebraska.<br>• Availability to start immediately for a short-term Contract assignment.<br>• Inventory or logistics experience is helpful, though not required.
