Data Analyst
<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented <strong>Data Analyst</strong> for a contract opportunity in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will review and validate customer agreement data, ensure information accuracy across business systems, and support data quality initiatives that impact operational and financial processes. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining high standards of data integrity.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Review customer agreement records to ensure information is complete, accurate, and aligned with internal standards.</li><li>Validate key data points, including service terms, effective dates, billing information, asset details, and contract values.</li><li>Compare information across multiple systems and source documents to identify discrepancies, missing information, and data quality issues.</li><li>Enter, update, and maintain records within enterprise business applications following established procedures.</li><li>Document exceptions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate stakeholders for review.</li><li>Follow standardized processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with data governance requirements.</li><li>Identify recurring data issues and recommend improvements to support reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and billing integrity.</li></ul><p><br></p>
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data validation, or a comparable data-focused role.<br>• Demonstrated ability to review detailed records and identify discrepancies with a high degree of accuracy.<br>• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.<br>• Solid understanding of data integrity principles and best practices for maintaining reliable business records.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage repetitive review tasks while maintaining quality.<br>• Clear written communication skills for documenting findings, exceptions, and follow-up actions.<br>• Ability to follow defined processes and work effectively in a structured contract review environment.
