This role requires a strong background in project management and expertise in overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to drive success in various business operations. Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee the integration of multiple business units into a unified system, ensuring seamless collaboration and process alignment.• Serve as the primary liaison between consultants, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met effectively.• Develop and implement automated solutions to enhance efficiency and establish new practices across the organization.• Clean, organize, and validate data to support accurate reporting and decision-making.• Lead initiatives to position the organization for future growth and scalability.• Assist in the implementation of Concur and other organizational systems to streamline operations.• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive the adoption of innovative practices.• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.• Apply general business acumen to address complexities and deliver impactful results.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success. • PMP certification or equivalent formal project management training. • Strong skills in cross-functional project management and coordination. • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies. • Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise systems. • Background in accounting and finance, with the ability to integrate financial considerations into project strategies. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset. • Proficiency in automating processes and implementing innovative solutions.
