<p>We&#39;re partnering with a growing organization seeking a Systems Administrator to join their close-knit IT team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in Microsoft technologies who enjoys hands-on infrastructure work and wants to continue growing their skills.</p><p>You&#39;ll work alongside experienced IT professionals supporting a Microsoft-focused environment while gaining exposure to new technologies, infrastructure projects, and emerging Microsoft AI solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an onsite role that does require 1 Saturday a month virtual for pushing updates</p><p><br></p><p>What You&#39;ll Be Doing</p><ul><li>Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments</li><li>Manage Active Directory and Entra ID user accounts, groups, and permissions</li><li>Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and access management</li><li>Monitor system health, performance, and availability</li><li>Perform server patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance</li><li>Support backup and recovery processes</li><li>Troubleshoot infrastructure and end-user issues</li><li>Assist with administration of the company&#39;s 3CX VoIP environment</li><li>Participate in infrastructure improvements and technology implementations</li><li>Explore and evaluate new Microsoft technologies, including AI-related initiatives</li></ul>

<p>Required</p><ul><li>3+ years of Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or related IT experience</li><li>Experience supporting Microsoft 365</li><li>Experience with Windows Server</li><li>Experience managing Active Directory</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Desire to learn and grow within a Microsoft-centric environment</li></ul><p>Preferred</p><ul><li>Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD)</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Intune</li><li>PowerShell scripting exposure</li><li>Virtualization experience (VMware or Hyper-V)</li><li>Backup and disaster recovery experience</li><li>Basic networking knowledge</li></ul><p>Nice to Have (Can Be Learned On the Job)</p><ul><li>3CX</li><li>Veeam</li><li>Microsoft Purview</li><li>Fortinet products</li></ul>
