<p>We&#39;re seeking an experienced <strong>Senior UI Developer – Mobile Design Systems</strong> to join a collaborative team focused on building and scaling enterprise mobile design systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of <strong>mobile development, design systems, accessibility, and user experience</strong>, helping create reusable components that drive consistency across digital products.</p><p><br></p><p>What You&#39;ll Be Doing</p><ul><li>Build and maintain mobile design system components, patterns, themes, and reusable libraries.</li><li>Develop scalable UI solutions for native mobile applications across iOS and Android.</li><li>Partner closely with Product, UX, Design, Accessibility, Research, Analytics, and Engineering teams.</li><li>Create and support automated testing frameworks for UI components and user journeys.</li><li>Ensure all components meet accessibility standards and best practices.</li><li>Contribute to coding standards, development workflows, and platform improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with application teams to accelerate delivery through reusable design system assets.</li><li>Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative, team-first culture.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Must-Have Qualifications</p><ul><li>5+ years of hands-on mobile development experience.</li><li>Strong <strong>React Native</strong> experience (required).</li><li>Experience developing for both <strong>iOS and Android</strong> platforms.</li><li>Proven experience building and maintaining <strong>design systems and component libraries</strong>.</li><li>Experience publishing and supporting mobile libraries across multiple releases.</li><li>Strong understanding of UI architecture, component development, and visual design principles.</li><li>Experience working with <strong>Figma</strong> and design-led development environments.</li><li>Knowledge of accessibility standards and assistive technology best practices.</li><li>Experience writing automated tests using tools such as <strong>Jest, Vitest, Appium</strong>, or similar.</li></ul><p><br></p>
