Position OverviewThe Controller will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations. This role requires a professional who can operate both strategically and tactically—someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves while also contributing to high-level financial planning and decision-making. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP</li><li>Develop, implement, and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures</li><li>Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic guidance</li><li>Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning processes</li><li>Oversee audit processes and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors</li><li>Evaluate and optimize accounting systems and processes to support scalability</li><li>Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team environment</li></ul>
