<p>We are looking for a dedicated Project Assistant to join our team in New Gloucester, Maine. <p>Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter).</p><p>Experience creating, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple channels.</p><p>Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.</p><p>Ability to write compelling copy, captions, and blog content tailored to brand voice.</p><p>Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting and engagement strategies.</p><p>Comfortable analyzing basic social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance.</p><p>Experience using content management systems (CMS) and basic website editing.</p><p>Creative mindset with the ability to ideate visual and written content suitable for campaign goals.</p><p>Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.</p><p>Collaborative approach; able to work effectively with marketing, design, and cross-functional teams.</p><p>Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) AI-driven creative and analytics tools.</p><p>Knowledge of brand guidelines and ability to maintain consistent visual and messaging standards.</p><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>Willingness to stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.</p><p>Microcredentials or certifications in social media, digital marketing, graphic design, or related fields are a plus.</p>
