<p>• Hands-on Systems Administrator supporting a high-throughput manufacturing environment</p><p>• Focus on stabilizing infrastructure currently under strain (lean on-site team)</p><p>• Bridge IT and OT environments, working closely with manufacturing and factory teams</p><p>• Administer Windows and Linux systems (server buildouts, imaging, virtualization, endpoint lifecycle)</p><p>• Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, network, and endpoint issues in a production-critical setting</p><p>• Support air-gapped / isolated environments, including remote access solutions</p><p>• Configure and support endpoints (connectivity, authentication, device-level issues)</p><p>• Maintain asset inventory, configuration management, and system documentation</p><p>• Assist with low-voltage systems and complete infrastructure punch list items</p><p>• Read and interpret architectural diagrams and support evolving workflows</p><p>• Translate between production floor systems, staging environments, and IT infrastructure</p><p>• Communicate system health, risks, and changes clearly to stakeholders</p><p><br></p>

<p>• 3+ years Systems Administration experience in manufacturing, industrial, or high-throughput environments</p><p>• Open to junior candidates who are motivated and eager to grow</p><p>• Experience with air-gapped or isolated networks (including remote access)</p><p>• Background in Systems, Network, or Security Administration</p><p>• Strong Windows and Linux administration experience</p><p>• Experience with server buildouts, virtualization, imaging, and endpoint lifecycle management</p><p>• Experience with VMware (vCenter preferred) or enterprise platforms like NetApp, Pure, or VAST</p><p>• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, servers, and networking</p><p>• Experience with asset tracking, inventory management, and configuration control</p><p>• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs)</p><p>• Familiarity with automation (PowerShell or Ansible)</p><p>• Understanding of security principles (access control, endpoint hardening, secure network design)</p><p>• Strong communication and documentation skills</p><p>• Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance</p><p><strong>Nice-to-Have</strong></p><p>• Experience with MES, ERP, or factory systems</p><p>• Exposure to OT environments (PLCs, SCADA, hybrid IT/OT)</p><p>• Familiarity with Ignition or similar OT platforms</p><p>• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, or SCCM</p><p>• Military or defense background with air-gapped environments</p><p><strong>Environment / Tools</strong></p><p>• VMware (vCenter), Cisco → Arista networking</p><p>• Okta (identity)</p><p>• Windows Server 2022/2025, Windows 11, Red Hat Enterprise Linux</p><p>• OT platforms such as Ignition</p>
