<p>We are seeking a full time highly skilled .NET, VB.net, C#, MS SQL Developer to support our desktop application development initiatives. The successful candidate will design, code, and test application software using .NET as the front-end development tool and SQL Server as the back-end database. This role will also provide technical support for custom development, database programming, performance monitoring, and knowledge transfer in core development technologies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>7+ years of professional experience in application development using .NET technologies.</li><li>Strong programming skills in VB.net, ASP.NET (C#), HTML, CSS, XML, and Visual Studio .NET.</li><li>Proficiency with MS SQL Server database development, including stored procedures, triggers, indexing, and performance optimization.</li><li>Experience with API development and integration.</li><li>Familiarity with Crystal Reports and Power BI is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and proficiency in using GitHub for visual studio.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Design, code, and test application software using .NET technologies with SQL Server as the backend database.</li><li>Proficient in C# and VB.NET programming languages and extensive working knowledge of .NET languages</li><li>Create, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures in MS SQL Server.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.</li><li>Develop and integrate APIs to support seamless data exchange between systems.</li><li>Implement performance monitoring and tuning practices for database and application components.</li><li>Work closely with client teams to create and test applications across multiple environments.</li><li>Support Crystal Reports and Power BI report development. Crystal Reports experience is a plus!</li><li>Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to client staff on .NET and SQL Server development practices.</li><li>Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting of application issues.</li></ul>
