HR Coordinator
We are looking for an organized HR Coordinator to provide day-to-day support for human resources operations. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who can manage employee-facing administrative tasks with accuracy, professionalism, and strong attention to detail. The role will support core HR processes including onboarding, records administration, compliance tracking, and coordination of screening activities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and completion of required employment paperwork.<br>• Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems and ensure personnel documentation is updated, organized, and easily accessible.<br>• Support screening processing by initiating screenings, tracking results, and following up on outstanding items as needed.<br>• Assist with routine HR administration such as preparing letters, updating employee data, and responding to general policy and process questions.<br>• Monitor compliance-related documentation to help ensure hiring and employee records meet company and regulatory requirements.<br>• Partner with internal stakeholders to keep daily department operations running smoothly during a leave coverage period.<br>• Help track employment-related deadlines, status updates, and required follow-through for HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
• At least 2 years of experience in human resources coordination, HR administration, or a closely related support role.<br>• Hands-on experience supporting onboarding processes and managing new employee documentation.<br>• Familiarity with pre-employment screening administration and general pre-employment processing workflows.<br>• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and the ability to maintain accurate employee data.<br>• Understanding of HR compliance standards and confidential handling of sensitive personnel information.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in standard office software applications.
