We are looking for a mid- to senior-level Software Developer to join a collaborative team supporting a growing portfolio of technology initiatives within the FMCG sector. This Long-term Contract opportunity is based in Monroe, Wisconsin, and is ideal for someone who enjoys building reliable applications, contributing across the full development lifecycle, and helping deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment. The role offers the chance to work on a steady stream of active projects while partnering closely with technical stakeholders to expand development capacity and drive high-quality outcomes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design, develop, and enhance software applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem to support ongoing business and product needs.<br>• Collaborate with a small development team to deliver multiple active initiatives, translating project goals into maintainable technical solutions.<br>• Build and support web-based functionality using ASP.NET and JavaScript, ensuring responsive performance and dependable user experiences.<br>• Create and maintain integrations between applications, including cloud-based and AWS-connected services, to enable efficient data flow across platforms.<br>• Contribute to backlog delivery by prioritizing development tasks, resolving technical issues, and advancing projects through completion.<br>• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities to improve software quality, stability, and long-term maintainability.<br>• Assist with implementation work related to application and cloud integration efforts as project demands evolve.<br>• Document technical approaches, development changes, and support considerations to promote team alignment and continuity.

• 5+ years of software development experience in mid- to senior-level roles.<br>• Strong hands-on expertise with C# and the .NET Framework/.NET platform.<br>• Experience developing web applications with ASP.NET and JavaScript.<br>• Proven ability to build or support application integrations, including cloud-based integrations.<br>• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and AWS integration patterns.<br>• Ability to work effectively within a small team while managing responsibilities across multiple concurrent projects.<br>• Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on writing clean, reliable, and maintainable code.
