Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a healthcare organization in Modesto, California through a Contract position. This role focuses on delivering responsive service, guiding customers through questions and requests, and ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a high volume of communications while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a positive customer experience.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, working to achieve clear and satisfactory resolutions.<br>• Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries by providing accurate guidance on services, policies, procedures, and available support.<br>• Handle order-related transactions, including entries, returns, exchanges, refunds, and account maintenance activities.<br>• Update customer information in internal systems to keep records complete, organized, and current.<br>• Route more complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate team when additional expertise or action is required.<br>• Reconnect with customers after service interactions to confirm issues have been resolved and expectations have been met.<br>• Support feedback initiatives by assisting with surveys, outreach efforts, and collection of customer input.<br>• Record details from customer interactions and compile basic service-related documentation or reports as needed.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and strengthen overall service quality.
<p>• Experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing environment.</p><p>• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.</p><p>• Familiarity with order entry, returns processing, refunds, and account update procedures.</p><p>• Strong verbal and written communication skills with close attention to accuracy and detail.</p><p>• Comfortable using company systems to document interactions and maintain customer records.</p><p>• Able to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced setting while meeting service expectations.</p><p>• Problem-solving skills with sound judgment on when to escalate more complex issues.</p><p><br></p><p>Please contact Robert Half at 209.554.0521 for immediate consideration.</p>
