We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented individual to join a Healthcare organization. This Contract position will support a large-scale product and business initiative, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to shape requirements, guide delivery priorities, and keep work aligned to program goals. The role is well suited to someone who can work independently in a fast-moving environment, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and bring structure to complex cross-functional efforts. Candidates must be available to work within a Central Time schedule spanning 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities:• Lead multiple workstreams at the same time, coordinating activities across business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendor partners to keep deliverables on track.• Convert business objectives into well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that support effective execution.• Organize and prioritize the backlog by balancing business impact, dependencies, risk exposure, and key milestone dates.• Collaborate closely with delivery leaders and feature teams to promote timely completion and strong quality outcomes.• Prepare weekly and monthly updates for leadership, including progress summaries, upcoming actions, and key risks requiring attention.• Support migration-related efforts involving print trail capabilities and vendor platform changes as part of a broader modernization program.• Apply knowledge of claims-related workflows to ensure solutions align with operational needs and downstream processes.• Build test plans and establish testing schedules to support validation activities and readiness for release.• Operate with a high degree of ownership, independently managing assigned initiatives from planning through execution.

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, product management, project management, or capability management, including leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives. • Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating meetings, workshops, or workgroups with diverse stakeholders. • Background in gathering, assessing, and documenting business requirements for large or multi-team programs. • Demonstrated ability to improve workflows, evaluate business processes, and use benchmarking or similar analysis methods to identify opportunities. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio at an intermediate level or higher. • Experience in healthcare, claims administration, benefit-related functions, or a closely related industry is preferred. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide concise updates to leadership and project teams. • Ability to manage priorities independently in a matrixed environment while maintaining attention to quality, timelines, and milestones.
