You’ll work directly with clients to assess needs; architect tailored systems and implement technologies that drive operational excellence and security resilience.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead the design and implementation of Azure-based cloud architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.</li><li>Develop automation frameworks using PowerShell to streamline infrastructure operations.</li><li>Architect and manage virtualized environments using VMware and Hyper-V.</li><li>Design and deploy Windows Server and Active Directory solutions, including hybrid identity integrations with Microsoft Entra ID.</li><li>Strategically implement and manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environments.</li><li>Define and enforce enterprise-grade security controls across infrastructure layers.</li><li>Conduct security assessments, firewall configurations, and compliance audits.</li><li>Serve as a technical advisor in client engagements, translating business needs into actionable infrastructure strategies.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with client stakeholders, project managers, and internal teams.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.</li><li>Stay ahead of emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Interested candidates should contact Sally at 612.249.0254 or submit resumes to sally.lander@roberthalf.(com).</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<ul><li>5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on cloud and hybrid environments.</li><li>Deep expertise in Azure, PowerShell, VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.</li><li>Proven success designing and implementing Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 solutions.</li><li>Strong background in enterprise security practices, including audits, firewalls, and endpoint protection.</li><li>Ability to lead client engagements, present solutions, and manage project delivery.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills.</li><li>Prior experience in IT consulting or managed services is highly preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>
