Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support daily administrative operations for an organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for someone who can manage competing priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and help leaders stay prepared for meetings and scheduling demands. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a well-organized office environment through strong coordination, communication, and administrative support.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate complex calendars, schedule appointments, and help ensure leadership time is managed effectively.</p><p>• Prepare meeting materials, organize agendas, and support follow-up on action items after discussions conclude.</p><p>• Process and track expense submissions with attention to accuracy, deadlines, and company guidelines.</p><p>• Create, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office 365 tools.</p><p>• Provide day-to-day administrative support by handling correspondence, organizing records, and assisting with office workflows.</p><p>• Arrange meetings and related logistics, including room coordination, materials preparation, and schedule updates.</p><p>• Maintain organized files and documentation so important information can be retrieved quickly when needed.</p>
• Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role within a detail-oriented office setting.<br>• Strong ability to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize multiple requests efficiently.<br>• Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.<br>• Experience preparing expense reports and maintaining accurate administrative records.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.<br>• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.<br>• Ability to work independently while also supporting team and leadership needs effectively.
