Web Content and Conversion Manager
<p>Web Content &amp; Conversion Manager</p><p>Overview</p><p>The Web Content &amp; Conversion Manager is responsible for defining and executing the strategic roadmap for website content and conversion performance. This role combines SEO expertise, data-driven optimization, content planning, and hands-on content execution to drive engagement, conversion rates, and revenue impact across digital experiences. The position partners closely with Brand &amp; Creative, Technology, Analytics, Revenue Management, Product, and Partnerships teams to deliver an exceptional digital customer experience.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>SEO &amp; Discoverability</p><ul><li>Execute SEO and generative search optimization (GEO) best practices across website content, templates, tagging, and taxonomy to maximize organic visibility and qualified traffic.</li><li>Conduct keyword and competitive research using tools such as SEMrush to inform content strategies and optimization opportunities.</li><li>Partner with development and technology teams to implement SEO best practices in site architecture, templates, wireframes, and CMS workflows.</li><li>Ensure all content is optimized to improve search performance, engagement, and conversion outcomes.</li></ul><p>Data Analysis &amp; Optimization</p><ul><li>Analyze website traffic, user behavior, engagement, and conversion trends to identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Define and monitor KPIs related to traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and content performance.</li><li>Develop and maintain an A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) roadmap.</li><li>Use analytics insights to continuously improve content, page layouts, messaging, and user journeys.</li></ul><p>Content Strategy &amp; Planning</p><ul><li>Own the strategic roadmap for website content and conversion optimization initiatives.</li><li>Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with organizational goals and promotional initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support revenue growth and customer engagement.</li><li>Define website structure, content priorities, and communication strategies that support the full customer journey.</li></ul><p>Content Creation &amp; Execution</p><ul><li>Develop and oversee high-performing website content tailored to target audiences and customer needs.</li><li>Manage end-to-end web content initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.</li><li>Integrate promotional and partner content while maintaining brand consistency and conversion effectiveness.</li><li>Ensure content execution follows best practices for usability, SEO, engagement, and conversion optimization.</li></ul><p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p><ul><li>Partner with Brand &amp; Creative, Technology, Analytics, Revenue Management, Product, and Partnerships teams to deliver a cohesive digital experience.</li><li>Provide recommendations and insights to stakeholders based on performance data and optimization findings.</li><li>Foster effective collaboration across departments to achieve business objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>Qualifications</p><p>Required Education &amp; Experience</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of leadership experience in eCommerce, travel, hospitality, or similar service-oriented industries.</li><li>Progressive experience with increasing levels of responsibility and strategic ownership.</li><li>Strong background in eCommerce and digital customer experiences.</li><li>Demonstrated success developing and implementing content strategies that improve conversion performance.</li></ul><p>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</p><ul><li>Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Experience managing website content projects from strategy through execution.</li><li>Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.</li><li>Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Strong critical thinking, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SEMrush, FullStory, web analytics platforms, and A/B testing tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, digital content strategy, and customer journey optimization.</li></ul><p><br></p>
