<p>Network Engineer – Early Career</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Miami, FL</p><p><strong>Work Model:</strong> Onsite</p><p>Role Overview</p><p>The Network Engineer (Early Career) supports the installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure. This role is ideal for a junior‑level candidate looking to grow hands‑on experience with routing, switching, wireless, and network security in a production environment while working alongside senior engineers.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Assist in the configuration, support, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks</li><li>Monitor network performance and respond to incidents, alerts, and service requests</li><li>Troubleshoot connectivity issues related to switches, routers, firewalls, and network devices</li><li>Support network user access, IP addressing, VLANs, and basic routing protocols</li><li>Assist with network documentation, diagrams, and asset tracking</li><li>Perform routine maintenance, patching, and hardware installations</li><li>Support network security controls such as firewall rules, VPNs, and access controls</li><li>Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and vendors as needed</li><li>Participate in network upgrades, changes, and infrastructure projects</li></ul>

<p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>1–2 years of experience in networking, IT support, or infrastructure roles</li><li>Foundational understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)</li><li>Familiarity with routers, switches, and wireless access points</li><li>Basic troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn enterprise network environments</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to work onsite in Miami, FL</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Internship or hands‑on lab experience with networking equipment</li><li>Exposure to Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or similar networking platforms</li><li>Entry‑level certifications such as Network+, CCNA, or equivalent (or in progress)</li><li>Experience with ticketing systems and monitoring tools</li><li>Interest in growing toward Network Engineer, Network Administrator, or Network Security roles</li></ul><p>Work Environment</p><ul><li>Fully onsite role based in Miami, FL</li><li>Structured learning environment with mentoring from senior network engineers</li><li>Hands‑on exposure to enterprise networking equipment and real‑world troubleshooting</li></ul><p><br></p>
