<p>Our client is seeking an <strong>Apple Certified IT Professional (ACITP)</strong> to lead the deployment, management, and support of Apple devices across enterprise and/or education environments. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of Apple hardware, software, and services, leveraging industry best practices in mobile device management (MDM), Apple Business Manager, and enterprise deployment strategies.</p><p>The ACITP certification builds on the Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) credential and is designed for IT professionals with a focus on scalable Apple device lifecycle management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Configure, deploy, and manage Apple devices (macOS, iOS, iPadOS) in enterprise or education environments.</li><li>Implement and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms for centralized control.</li><li>Manage Apple Business Manager integration, including app deployment, user enrollment, and volume purchasing.</li><li>Support enterprise-level deployment strategies (zero-touch deployment, automated enrollment, configuration profiles).</li><li>Provide advanced technical support for Apple hardware and software.</li><li>Ensure security and compliance policies are applied across Apple endpoints.</li><li>Collaborate with IT leadership to design and implement Apple ecosystem solutions.</li><li>Maintain documentation for device configurations, deployment workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.</li><li>Train and support end-users and IT staff on Apple technologies.</li><li>Stay current on Apple updates, best practices, and certification requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Apple Certified IT Professional (ACITP) credential, or in progress.</li><li>Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification (prerequisite).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Apple device deployment, management, and support.</li><li>Proficiency with MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune, Mosyle).</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise security policies, identity management, and SSO integration.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation abilities.</li></ul><p><br></p>
