<p><strong>Client Support Coordinator</strong></p><p>We are working with a growing client that is seeking a detail-oriented <strong>Client Support Coordinator</strong> to join their advisory team. This role is focused on delivering an exceptional client experience by supporting advisors throughout the client review process.</p><p>This role has the potential of being a hybrid work schedule.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare client review updates for advisors before meetings</li><li>Attend client review meetings and update electronic client files in real time</li><li>Coordinate follow-up service and support items after meetings</li><li>Work with internal compliance and broker-dealer partners to answer questions and resolve client inquiries</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>2+ years of client service and/or administrative support experience, preferably in financial services</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred</li></ul><p><br></p>
