Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage purchasing activities, including creating and processing purchase orders.</li><li>Source suppliers, compare pricing, and negotiate favorable terms.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available when needed.</li><li>Track orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.</li><li>Assist with contract management and purchasing documentation.</li><li>Identify and resolve vendor, delivery, and supply chain issues.</li><li>Look for opportunities to improve purchasing processes and control costs.</li></ul>
