<p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field</li><li>5+ years of people leadership experience with responsibility for managing technical teams and direct reports</li><li>Experience supporting large enterprise environments with 1,000+ users and distributed infrastructure</li><li>Proven success leading teams through multiple large-scale projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong expertise in enterprise networking technologies and infrastructure strategy</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational demands</li></ul><p>Technical Background Includes Experience With:</p><ul><li>Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and enterprise networking environments</li><li>Routing and switching protocols including:</li><li>TCP/IP</li><li>EIGRP</li><li>BGP</li><li>OSPF</li><li>VPN technologies</li><li>L2–L7 networking</li><li>Cisco VoIP solutions (Call Manager, Unity, Presence)</li><li>Wireless networking technologies</li><li>Network monitoring solutions such as SolarWinds or similar platforms</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
