Validation Test Engineer (Electrical Engineering)
<p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>Our client is seeking a Validation Test Engineer with an Electrical Engineering background to support the testing, validation, and verification of electrical systems used in commercial vehicle platforms. This role will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet performance, reliability, safety, and quality standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and execute validation and verification testing for electrical systems and components.</li><li>Perform laboratory and field testing to evaluate product performance and reliability.</li><li>Document test procedures, results, and corrective actions.</li><li>Analyze failures and support root cause investigations.</li><li>Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and testing processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable engineering and regulatory standards.</li></ul><p><strong>*Please note: </strong>This position is fully onsite Monday-Friday in Macon, GA. <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.</li><li>2-5 years of experience in validation testing, experimental verification, laboratory testing, or quality engineering.</li><li>Experience within automotive, transportation, heavy-duty vehicle, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a hands-on testing environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire.</li></ul><p><strong>*Please note: </strong>This position is fully onsite Monday-Friday in Macon, GA.
