<p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled <strong>Power Platform Developer / Business Solutions Analyst</strong> to help transform business data into actionable insights and automated business processes. This role will partner closely with Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and other operational teams to develop dashboards, reports, applications, and workflow automations that improve decision-making and increase efficiency.</p><p>The ideal candidate has strong experience with <strong>Power BI, Power Apps, DAX, API integrations, and data modeling</strong>, along with a passion for solving complex business problems through automation and intuitive reporting solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports for business stakeholders.</li><li>Create and enhance Power Apps solutions that streamline operational and procurement-related processes.</li><li>Build automated workflows and solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.</li><li>Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.</li><li>Design dashboards that provide real-time visibility into supplier performance, purchasing activity, operational metrics, and business KPIs.</li><li>Integrate data from multiple systems using APIs, data flows, and Power Platform tools.</li><li>Evaluate and implement integrations between Microsoft Power Platform and third-party applications.</li><li>Develop data models, measures, and calculations using DAX and Power Query (M).</li><li>Partner with leadership and business users to quickly respond to emerging reporting and analytics needs.</li><li>Document processes, data flows, and solution architecture to support ongoing maintenance and adoption.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience developing solutions within the <strong>Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem</strong>.</li><li>Strong hands-on expertise with: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Query / M Code, DAX, Dataflows, and API integrations</li><li>Experience building business dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting solutions.</li><li>Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: XLOOKUP, Dynamic Arrays, and advanced formulas and data analysis techniques</li><li>Experience supporting Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or other operational business functions.</li><li>Ability to convert reports, metrics, and manual processes into automated workflows and business applications.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience integrating Microsoft Forms and other Microsoft 365 tools into Power Platform solutions.</li><li>Experience connecting Power Platform solutions with external business systems through APIs.</li><li>Familiarity with supplier management, supplier scorecards, sourcing analytics, or purchasing operations.</li><li>Experience developing executive-level dashboards and self-service reporting environments.</li></ul><p><strong>*Please note: </strong>This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite/week at our client&#39;s office in Fort Valley.
