Web Developer
We are looking for a detail-oriented Web Developer to support website content operations for a non-profit organization in Louisville, Colorado. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys managing digital content, keeping webpages accurate and up to date, and coordinating timely publication of announcements and event information. The role centers on content administration within a content management system rather than front-end development, and training will be provided on the organization’s platform.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage routine website updates by revising existing pages and building new content pages within the CMS.<br>• Publish digital materials such as press releases, organizational announcements, and event-related web content in a timely manner.<br>• Review incoming web support requests, organize priorities, and complete updates based on urgency and business need.<br>• Correct formatting issues, edit page content, and adjust layouts to improve clarity and presentation.<br>• Check published content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established website standards.<br>• Use foundational HTML and CSS knowledge to support clean content formatting and proper display across webpages.<br>• Partner with internal teams to gather information, clarify content needs, and coordinate publication schedules.<br>• Maintain a high standard of quality control across the site by monitoring details and ensuring content reliability.
• 0+ years of experience in website content management, digital publishing, or a related area; internships or academic experience are acceptable.<br>• Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS for content formatting and page updates.<br>• Familiarity with managing website content through platforms such as WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal, or similar CMS tools.<br>• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot content errors, formatting inconsistencies, and publishing issues.<br>• Ability to handle multiple requests at once while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced support environment.<br>• Clear written communication skills and strong organizational abilities.<br>• Comfortable learning new systems and following established web content processes.<br>• Coursework, a degree in progress, or relevant experience related to web, digital content, communications, or a similar field.
