We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support and enhance enterprise infrastructure for a Financial Services organization in Los Angeles, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can manage modern endpoint, cloud, and systems technologies while maintaining a secure and reliable environment. The role offers the opportunity to work across core infrastructure platforms, drive operational improvements, and contribute to scalable technology solutions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Administer and optimize enterprise systems built on Cisco, Citrix, Dell EMC, and related infrastructure platforms to ensure strong performance and availability.<br>• Support cloud-based environments and services, including AWS, while helping maintain stable, secure, and efficient operations across hybrid infrastructure.<br>• Manage endpoint administration and mobile device management solutions, with a focus on Intune and broader MDM technologies for device compliance and user support.<br>• Maintain and enhance Active Directory services, including user access, group policy administration, and directory-related troubleshooting.<br>• Develop and implement automation workflows that reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and strengthen operational efficiency.<br>• Oversee backup processes and recovery readiness to help protect business-critical systems and data.<br>• Perform system testing and validation activities, including A/B testing where appropriate, to assess configuration changes and platform improvements.<br>• Collaborate with technical teams to investigate incidents, resolve infrastructure issues, and support ongoing system upgrades and enhancements.

• Proven experience working as a Systems Engineer in enterprise IT environments.<br>• Hands-on expertise with Cisco technologies, Citrix platforms, and Dell EMC infrastructure solutions.<br>• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including practical experience with AWS services.<br>• Experience administering Active Directory, endpoint management tools, and Intune in a business environment.<br>• Familiarity with backup technologies and operational best practices for system resilience and recovery.<br>• Ability to create and maintain automation solutions that improve infrastructure management.<br>• Working knowledge of MDM platforms and device lifecycle support for corporate environments.
