<p>We are seeking a hands-on Endpoint Engineer to support our transition from Active Directory/Hybrid environments to fully cloud-managed Microsoft Entra ID and Intune. This role will focus on endpoint migrations, device management, security, and delivering exceptional end-user support.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Migrate Windows devices from AD/Hybrid Join to Microsoft Entra ID Join.</li><li>Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, app deployments, and configuration profiles.</li><li>Support Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.</li><li>Deploy, image, and migrate Windows 10/11 workstations, including user profiles, OneDrive, applications, and printers.</li><li>Manage BYOD, MDM/MAM, and mobile devices (iOS and Android) through Intune.</li><li>Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, BitLocker, and Windows Hello for Business.</li><li>Provide white-glove support to end users, executives, and professional staff.</li><li>Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.</li></ul>

<p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID.</li><li>Experience with Entra ID device enrollment and modern endpoint management.</li><li>Strong Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Experience with Windows Autopilot and Microsoft 365 administration.</li><li>Knowledge of Conditional Access, device compliance, and endpoint security.</li><li>Active Directory fundamentals and workstation deployment experience.</li><li>Experience supporting BYOD, MDM, and MAM environments.</li><li>Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience migrating devices from Hybrid AD to fully Entra ID-joined environments.</li><li>Microsoft Defender for Endpoint experience.</li><li>Experience with Intune security baselines, BitLocker, and Windows Hello for Business.</li><li>PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripting experience.</li><li>Experience managing iOS and Android devices in Intune.</li><li>Microsoft 365 E3/E5 environment experience.</li><li>Azure administration knowledge.</li><li>Experience in legal or professional services environments.</li><li>Dynamics 365 exposure is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p>
